Symbolic place where the caves of the coast were used idealy. Built 1900-1920, was it used for the cleaning and repairing of boats and fishing gear. Afterwards it has been restored with attention and detail to the original exterior. The house is located two meters from the sea at the mouth of the port of Cala Figuera de Santanyí. Currently it consists of two floors; On the ground floor is the main entrance and some increased side sink, shower and toilet are attached. The ceiling is vaulted. To get to the upper floor, a ladder is carved into the rocks. This area consists of an open space with view of the harbor, a place for a kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed. This space is also working with a vaulted ceiling and also has an external staircase to the roof, which can be used as a terrace. From there you have a breathtaking view. The house has water and electricity and a satellite dish. The living area is approximately 50m2.
